TANNERSVILLE, PA – This year marks the inaugural season of the Camelback Mountain School (CMS). CMS offers snowboard and freeskiing competition instruction. This program is the only one of its kind statewide and consists of weekend, mid-week and traveling competition instruction.

Tannersville , PA. As summer’s temperatures rise, Camelback Ski Area is getting ready for the 2006/2007 Ski & Snowboard season. The ski area is excited to announce that all season pass rates are the same price as last season, and the student pass actually went down in price! To keep school aged kids flush with cash earned this summer, the new Nights Only Pass for only $229 is the best value. The Nights Only Pass allows school aged skiers and riders lift access seven nights a week from 4 pm to 10 pm.

Tannersville, PA—James A. Moore, founder of Camelback, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2006. James was the Chief Executive Officer of Camelback Ski Corporation from 1962 through 1985 when he sold the company to a few local entrepreneurs.
"Beach Party Weekend" -Pond Skimming" at Camelback Ski Area

TANNERSVILLE, PA – On March 11-12 the popular Beach Party Weekend will feature the music of “Parrot Beach” (a Jimmy Buffet cover band) in the Main Lounge on Saturday from 3pm-7pm. On Sunday, “Flashback” will perform from 2pm-6pm. Over one ton of sand and life-like palm trees are brought into the bar to create a beach setting.
